By using Tabeer ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

Tabeer is an AI-powered dream journal that provides interpretations based on Islamic tradition, psychological science, and other perspectives. The app offers a free tier and paid subscription plans.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier — up to 3 AI interpretations per calendar month.
• Tabeer Pro Monthly — $2.99/month, billed monthly.
• Tabeer Pro Annual — $19.99/year, billed annually.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.

3. AI Interpretation Disclaimer

Dream interpretations are for guidance and entertainment only. They do not constitute professional medical, psychological, or religious advice. You should not rely on Tabeer's interpretations as a substitute for professional consultation.

4. Islamic Content Disclaimer

Islamic interpretations reference the methodology of Ibn Sirin and classical scholars. Only Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) knows the true meaning of dreams. Interpretations should be taken as scholarly opinion, not divine ruling. Consult a qualified scholar for matters of religious significance.

5. Content Ownership

• Your content — you retain full ownership of the dream text you write. We claim no rights over your journal entries.
• AI output — interpretations generated by the AI are provided under a non-exclusive license for your personal use.
• App content — the Tabeer name, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the app, use automated tools to access the service, share your account credentials, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

7. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tabeer is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any decisions made based on dream interpretations, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
